Cassiopeia W on ARAM (Gameplay)

Ok, just played a game where Cass's W (Miasma) would not show up on the ground. Not sure if it is just happening on ARAM or all maps. The animations were made to show she was throwing the W (Miasma) out but it would not show up on the ground at all.
