Stuck in Fountain / relic shield glitch [Gameplay]

I play on NA server, and I just recently (1/15/2016 at about 11:00pm est) had a major problem with the barrier that keeps you in the fountain glitching and not going away. The blue barrier left, but (I was playing nautilus) I could not get over it with walking. I tried to flash over it, and was success to a point; however, my champion uncontrollably would walk right back into the fountain and was stuck. I tried to Q over the barrier, and it worked, but I had the same problem. I was previously stuck at the loading screen for the game when I had to restart the client (which may have started the bug). After 3-4 minutes of gametime, I had to restart the client twice before I could freely walk out of the fountain. Afterwards, my relic shield had 0 charges and charges would not appear over time until I upgraded it to Targon's whatever.
