Fully staked devour doesn't work with typhoon claw?
title i dont know if its a bug or intentional but it really suck if you play yi jungle because the rest of the items are pretty much trash on him :/

bove passives are called 'Phantom Hit', so they won't stack, for very good reason.
I'm assuming Typhoon claw is one of the special items for Black Market Brawlers?
