Loaded into "Quit Spectating" - Results in Leave

Was in queue for a normal blind pick w/5, and was greeted with a "quit spectating" button in champ select. Clicking "quit spectating" just brought me to a blank screen. First time it happened I quit out of the client and it counted as a leave. Second time I let the time run through and it also counted as a leave.

Same happend to me. Was spectating my friend and when we queued up afterwards (ARAM) I could see the champions and trade button but not summoner spell, runes and masteries. Instead I had the "Quit Spectating" button.
