[Client] Home-Tab in Client is not loading

Since the 7.11 update the Home-Tab (vs., overview, news, patch notes) inside the client hasn't been loading. Not sure if this problem occured directly with the update release or some days after, but it's happening 100% of the time. There's a loading circle for an indefinite amount of time - until a "Retry" button appears (which doesn't help).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the client. That's it.

I've tried repairing the client and starting it as administrator but it didn't change anything.
