I Can't find anymore keys, WHY?
i just want to know if i'm very unlucky to find one frag. of key or it can be a bug? can someone tell me the rate of winning? Thank you

The rate dramatically decreases as you play, resetting once a month. So one week you might get 4 keys, the next week 2 keys, the next week only 1 key, then one key in two weeks. Then the next week you get 4 keys again. (Numbers are for denotations, no idea how common they actually are).
The idea is that they want people who don't play tons to be left out on keys, and they don't want those who play a ton to be flooded with keys they can't use.
I have 8 key fragments and no chests! Welcome to my world...
