[GAMEPLAY/RUNES] Graves guardian angel cosmic insight bug

When i play graves, sometimes my guardian angel shows it is ready, but when i die it doesn't revive me. this happened to me several times playing with this rune page : glacial augment - perfect timing - magical footware - cosmic insight - nullifying orb - absolute focus. Like I said, this happened to me many times, sometimes even multiple times during a single game, tilting me very hard.

I've tryed some things out to understand more about this bug, here's how to reproduce the situation : -play graves with the rune page above. -buy a guardian angel and use it. -when it shows it gets off cooldown in the inventory but the effect isn't shown ingame (the little aura around the champion), you have a small window lasting a more than 25 sec (don't know the exact time), during which if you die you won't get revived.

When I use the guardian angel, the cooldown shown starts around 293sec but it should be 285sec with cosmic insight 5% item CDR (300*0.05 = 15), and even after the cooldown is shown as finished, i still have to wait more than 25 sec before the revive works. At first I thought the game didn't apply the cosmic insight rune on guardian angel, but apparently, the guardian angel even has a larger cooldown than the one it should have.

I hope this issue will be taken seriously and will be adressed quickly. btw, love the victorious skin .
