[GAMEPLAY] Tab menu champions visually stacked on top of each other

Description In the tab screen, all five champions of both teams are visually stacked on top of each other, making their kda and cs unreadable. The champions cannot be rearranged by dragging: they will snap back to the top. A different champion is shown on top when you drag one of them away. You can cycle trough the champions this way. The health bar on the bottom of the screen also occasionally flickered red.

Reproduction I don't know how to reproduce this bug.

System specs: Intel Core i7-4500U NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 8.0 GB RAM Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit I use an external monitor. The screen of my laptop is turned off, and everything is projected on the external monitor.
