Cleanse does not remove Death Mark for any champion.

Might want to read the tool tip for Cleanse. It removes all DISABLES (crowd control) and SUMMONER SPELL DEBUFFS (ignite and exhaust). Death Mark falls under neither of those categories, so cleanse will not remove it. If you want to remove Death Mark, you MUST buy Quicksilver Sash.
