one for all morde frame drop

so apparently one for all mordekaiser does one thing exceptionally well. Lags the game to a standstill. there is a massive fps drop. I play at a stable 60 but during this game my fps and the rest of my teams dropped to under 10 fps. to replicate this just play an one for all game with morde. seems to be their circles that cause it.
