Skip waiting for stats

Riot Games,

For sometime now I have found myself really enjoying your game but, a few months before Kai'sa was released I have been having trouble actually playing LoL. You see, every time I want to, I excitingly hop on my computer and start a queue. I don't need to be anywhere, nothing to do, no obligations I need to fill. Soon enough I find a game and after the champ select, I am taken back to the client with only one option, "skip waiting stats". I am infuriated. I just want to play LoL with some friends, and YOUR game decides to not load the match. I assure you my internet is working fine. I can easily hop on csgo or overwatch and start a game no problem.

I don't know what to do. I have tried avoid this issue (and not get a ban) by starting numerous practice games before I can even start to play LoL. This takes several tries, and wastes atleast 20 mins of my time every time I want to play LoL. The kicker being, if a practice game does decide to load, there is no assurance that a regular game will.

I am writing to you, not only to make you aware of one of multiple issues that still plague your game, but also to see if this ban can be reconsidered. It has gotten to the point where I have to wait 20 mins in queue (due to leaver-buster), and still not have the possibility to play your game.

I have read multiple forums on this topic, the suggestions all go like this; "oh nothing you can do, wait 2 hours, that's riot games for you".

I urge you to respond. Banned or unbanned, I want to hear if you will address this issue and offer remediation to those who are affected.

(I'm not quite sure if this is the appropriate medium to address this issue. In any case, I hope there can be a discussion and bring issues such as these to light.)
