A bug or something.

Was the patch 6. 10 released on_ 5/17_ or day 5/18 because if was released on the 17 my client never updated witch I think was causing me to have really bad lag all day. Also in my aram matche that I played I came across like a bug or something were I had no trade icon nor was I able to trade with anyone else. Also once in the game My screen froze for about maybe about 5 seconds in game. When it unfroze it was kinda like making the champs on both teams go slow or slide across the screen. I don't really know what was going on but its been doing it some today as well in my games but not as bad as it was in that game. It only happen that once yesterday and hasn't happen since my client has updated. So could someone tell me what was going on?
