Mouse Locking in ARAM when Ctrl+Clicking Nexus

So, I learned this morning that if you "Target" Click the Nexus as it's exploding that it locks your mouse into the center of your screen. I attempted to jiggle my mouse to free it, ping click the screen in hopes that would break it, tab to another open window on my PC and still couldn't free the mouse to click the Continue button on the Victory/Defeat Screen. In the end I had to Alt+F4 to force the window to close as it was actually removing my ability to click outside of the window at the same time.
