[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q not working after dying with guardian angel??

Was playing a Vi game, everything was going great until I died after buying a Guardian Angel. I died with GA while I was trying to Q through a wall, and I was killed again upon revival. After I respawned MY Q NO LONGER WORKED. I couldn't activate it, It was not on cooldown, and I was not out of mana. Im not sure if it was because I was trying to Q as I revived from GA, or if it was because I was trying to Q before I died initially, but it didn't work. We lost the game as a prodcut of this because I couldnt fight them out of our base, or do anything besides use my E and R. Other spells worked fine, but the Q broke. I was pretty bummed about that, and I think that's a pretty serious bug.
