Help PLZ

This is what i've been getting for the past week, I can't launch any of my games. I have tried everything, run as administrator, update my drivers, change the RAM settings, change the graphics settings, uninstall and reinstall. I dont know how to fix it. A bugsplatter also just keeps popping up. I have a Windows 10 PC, with a GeForce GT 635. I have the DirectX 12 version of the program.
