Teemo or quinn bug with autoattack

Hello i had the last matches a problem that i get stunned with quinn when i attacked teemo. so i cant do autoattacks for nearly 3 seconds. that teemo dont had anny items for stunning and it was before lvl 6 so it cant be tha mushroom.
