My game keeps "crashing" please help

I recently got an SSD to install LoL because there isnt enough space on my laptop. I didnt think this would cause any problems but apparently it has. Whenever I try running the practice tool I get disconnected from the game (before it even starts) and I'm then prompted to reconnect. Most of the time I got the little bugsplat thingy asking me to explain exactly what happened before the game crash.

I managed to get in the game sometimes, but it normally wasn't for that long. There was one time were I managed to play interruption free after I reconnected. Can any one explain what's going on here? I just wanna play league with my friends again.

Specs: HP Stream Laptop and a WD EasyStore SSD
