Azir Minions Blocking Mouse

Azir minions (even though they are untargetable) will stop you from clicking on targets beneath them. I have had issues with both his base minions and ult minions. This has been happening regardless of whose team the Azir is on. Seems like a layering problem with programming and the environment. There doesn't seem to be any prerequisites or anything other than one of his minions being on top of something.
