[CLIENT] Your shop is currently overpricing the skins

Your shop is currently broken. It gives wrong skin price for example, on my smurf I've got PRESTIGIOUS LEBLANC for 50% discount from 1310 RP -> 655 RP.. but the skin is originally priced as 520rp in store.... Also i've got SEWN CHAOS ORIANNA skin as 70% discount from 1400 RP -> 420 RP. and also this skin originally priced as 520rp... and many other skins that are priced weird (not the standard 520, 750, 975, 1350, 1820, 3250, but weird 1400 or 1310 or 2230 etcetc)

Basically the shop is over pricing the skins and discounting from the over priced RP value.

Im not completely sure if this was intended or just glitched.

No idea how to attach the screenshot but yea, its so broken :/

yea you arent the only one. not sure if riot knows about it yet but seems the havent done anything about it since you posted this 5 hours ago. im sure some people have already bought skins from their shop without knowing they just got ripped off. hopefully riot corrects it and refunds them.

I'm still having this issue with at least two of my skins. I posted a forum topic this morning about it and tried putting in a ticket.

Are you referring to a skin not showing the discount properly? If you don't own the champion, the price includes both the discounted skin, as well as the champion. If you purchase the champion for IP (or RP separately), the price will drop to only the price of the skin.

I think that's if you still need the champion too so the shop offers you a discount on the skin and champion at the same time.

That's correct. If you purchased Camille separately, you'd end up with Program Camille for 30% off.

Skins are not overpriced at all. I also thought it was a bug but its more of a clarity issue. After you click on the skin that has a weird price u will see the information that the price includes the champion. So its not a bug. Its just a misleading design.

Correct - I think this has been an issue of clarity on our end, since it isn't obvious that we're including the price of both the champion and the skin, should you not own them. ;_;

I had two thoughts on helping communicate that

Don't show the champion icon in the circle if the champ is already owned. It's a bit indirect, but if you see a mix of some with and some without, it could help players work out what that means.
Indicate somewhere (without having to click) what you have. Skin name or skin name + champion. I actually found it a little odd in general that the names for the skins I was offered weren't readily available.
