Promotion bug

I was in my promotional series for Gold 4 and I won the first game as Braum support at around 10:30 am EST end game time. Second game I played was at 2:50 pm EST start game time, which I lost as Allistar. Says I did not qualify for my promotion after game but that as with only 2 out of 3 games played. I should be able to play one more. I only have the one lost in the top of my match history and then have 4 wins underneath. Anyone else having same problems?

I have a screen shot if anyone needs me to prove this.

Did you dodge one of your matches from the lobby? Dodges in a promo count as a loss. This is so you don't just dodge until you have a preferred team to artificially inflate your win chance, because you won't lose any LP if you're successful and get promoted.
