This bug has been found after I have updated to the most recent patch (6.3). As listed in the title, TF's E has no more laugh when the 4 attacks passive occur. Clearly it's a missing sounds bug that need to be fixed soon. Thank you :)

So what happened with the listed bug? I updated my league to patch 6.4 and the bug is still here
