[BUG] PLEASE RITO FIX YASUO 3rd Q!!

It's very easy to explain, Since last week the 3rd Yasuo Q doesnt register the hit. It goes right trough the enemies. (This is also the same on minions etc*). Doesn't register the knockup nor the dmg. It is very frustrating losing laning phase because 3rd Q doesn't knock up and i can never Ult when i want to because the Q is just to unstable.

I've tried to find the reason for this, Tried on several places, several different champs in bushes, flashing Q. Its really random i can't really tell when its going to happen. But it happens pretty often, sometimes 2-3 times in a single TF..

So please rito fix this <3!
