[CLIENT] Client makes you leave during Champ Select, dodging penalties apply

Happened to me twice in a row while attempting to do ranked:

The Client makes me leave during champ select (solo/duo ranked), about the time bans should be happening. The Client itself doesn't close, or crashes, I do not get bugsplat etc, it just closes the champ select screen and brings me to the lobby, as if someone else dodged. However, it says I left during champ select, and applies dodge penalties, such as Dodge Timers.

During the time the client kicked me from champ select, I had stable internet.

I'd love to get some feedback on this. Any suggestions or similar would be appreciated.
