Rek'sai Tunnel Bug

So in two games against Rek'sai in the past week whenever we have killed a rek'sai whilst she was using tunneled E (To create a tunnel network before second half of tunnel appears) the 1 half-tunnel remaining would be immortal and unkillable. It then allowed in both games free reksai ults to those tunnels as we could not eliminate it. Felt I should mention it
