GAMEPLAY Nidalee pounce

Hi, I play nidalee and I've been noticing that her pounce does not jump as far as the range shows when her passive is on. First time, I just saw the arrows so I 'w' into the enemy champion, she only jumped the regular range. The next time, just to be sure, I waited for the sound signaling that 'w' should jump the right range and then jumped to the enemy champion; still just the regular pounce.
