Corki's fireworks

It's fireworks season so can we finally fix the Dragonwing corki mini R bug that has been here since 2014? I bought this skin the day it was released in 2013, and I can't stand the fact that this is such an easy fix that hasn't been done. Dragonwing Corki's small rockets explode in red instead of yellow like the actual projectile. It's just one png file isn't it?
