Quinn/Tahm Interaction bug

I was playing as quinn today and we had a tahm kench i went bird form and he ate me and i was stuck in bird form for the rest of the game ult cd stuck at 93 seconds and wouldnt go down and i could not get outta bird form by dieing to champs, executing, dieing with GA up or even leaving game and coming back

I was playing a game today as Quinn and the same happened to me. If Tahm eats Quinn while in bird form, Quinn will stay that way for the remainder of the game. The cool down never refreshes and there is no way to get back to normal.
