[CLIENT] Client lag / freezing

Every time I try to go into a game the AFK check will not appear until I have not accepted and i get kicked from queue. Also if I get past that point especially in Dynamic normal queue it will allow everyone to pick a champion but then it completely freezes and then i get kicked again and im getting leavebusted for the client not me.

Im also wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. I have tried most of the support help like repair, reinstalling client, updating internet explorer and clearing cookies from web browser.
