Failed to load? [CLIENT]

Was going into a game with a friend but when que popped for them it never showed for me. They got into game with 4 other people and I was still in lobby. You can see them in game on my friends list at the time of the picture. I've never seen this happen before and just wanted to show you guys. Its not a huge deal since it didn't flag as a dodge and I wasn't an afk player in their game but it is weird.
