Bugged Indestructible Rek'Sai Tunnels

Unable to destroy Rek'Sai tunnel that passed through top turret as it fell. Rek'Sai was constantly able to ult to this specific tower, constantly taking inhib. The picture shows me standing on it without the destruction animation going off and the turret still standing.
