New client - low fps ingame

Same problem here, the frame rate seems capped ( even I chose _uncapped _):

• high quality : max 25 fps
• low quality : max 45 fps

the graphics card is a Geforce 610M

before the new client I was on 100-110 fps

my fps got better personally
