On the windspeaker's blessing keystone mastery, it says that ANY heal/shield will be boosted 10%, not just on allies. However, it does tell you that it gives armor and mr to allies, yet ingame the self shield/heal buff does not apply.
Quite to the contrary, I find that it DOES apply 10% bonus healing in game, despite the IN-GAME tooltip stating explicitly "excluding yourself".
Using Taric, the Imbue tooltip was saying I should heal for 292 points. (252+0+40). I took damage and then healed from 601 to 924 hp. That's 323 healing. Taking into account the auto-regen was ~2hp /tick, 321 healing is spot on for 292 + 10%.
why did they change the bonus armor and mr form 15% im sure it was because it wasnt as effective on adcs when im sure it wasnt even ment for adcs in the first place i mean they in the back of the team an have lifesteal not like they exactly need healing more than the front line
