[GAMEPLAY] Xin Zhao Q bug

When you use your Q as , if you attack a minion or a champion, then attacking an inhibitor will deal Q's full damage, you will get the 1 second cooldown reduction and the abillity will not be consumed. This allows pushing the inhibitor and reducing your abillities's cooldown very fast. This bug happens every time you try to do it.
