Loading InGame Screen Bug

In League Of Legends, People play in and out of games loading each time waiting for the game to start. People have bad computers and wifi connections correct? Though in an event of waiting for everyone else to load, your screen might crash, or freeze. Crashing will cause you to exit and force you to restart League automatically. While on a Frozen screen everything is still seems like it was loading. I waited about 5 minutes thinking it was just a bad connection or something. When I found out that the game, while in loading screen, freeze. Nothing moved and nothing was happening. I feel as if tricked for people to ban me from afking. Which at the time I was just waiting for the game to start. I would like League to figure out what problems might cause this as well remove the threats against the the accounts that were reported "afking" from being a problem to the community. The System was in place to remove players that are not active in the situation, and creating a bad situation instead. I report this, showing I am complete concern when and active while waiting for the game to load. Just to make it fair to people who are suffering from this problem. I, myself, wasting many hours and money on your product would not like to stop doing so... but the problem is that when this situation has been happening several times to several different players throughout the world it should have your interest to report bugs or items that might"corrupt" or ruin the games experience... yes it means, someone might need to see incompatible programs and write a list on what they are but for now what needs to be done is to create a fresh start to people who are playing the game while having this problem, I had this problem and I almost got banned from playing your game... it is only fair to the people who are suffering. And as a regular player, I don't want to be banned. With Other players share their experiences bellow, and your thoughts on how to fix the bugs and possibly create that list of incompatible programs/ items below. It will help everyone.
