This is still an ongoing issue, didn't see if another thread if theirs a duplicate. Whenever Fizz 
tries to E (Playful / Trickster), Blitzcrank
is able to E (Power Fist) and disrupt Fizz's motion and take the damage. Fizz will still complete his fall damage after a delay,bu t will take damage during the first part of blitz's glitch from any other champion.
Is this supposed to be one of riots easter eggs like graves smokescreen vs nocturne?
Sounds like Fizz's E don't handle interrupts by Blitz E properly. Thanks for the report. Will get a QA bro to look at this.

Happened to me 5 times in a single game today... was kinda annoying
STILL A BUG, HAPPEND MORE THAN ONCE IN MY RANKED GAME.
This is STILL a problem. Are you going to do anything about it? Or is this how the interaction is supposed to go?
