Illaoi tentacle smash bug

When vs a Taric, attempting to use harsh immediately after Taric's stun prevents tentacles from attacking as usual.

Sample skill sequence:

Illaoi uses ult on Taric, at least one adjacent (invincible) tentacle is spawned. Taric's stun lands and Illaoi is stunned, immediately following her recovery Illaoi responds with harsh lesson. Harsh lesson lands (without interruption) but in range tentacles remain immobile.

Frequency : every time I was stunned by Taric, whether following an ult or not, tentacles did not attack with an immediately following harsh lesson. I had a few dives go sour due to no health recovery from hits, and surrounding Champs having free shots until cool downs refresh.
