[Bug} Zhonyas seems to be giving cc immunity

So was playing hexakill like most people are, enemy kata' saved her from my E as Soraka. Now how hold on, i know how the item works, what I mean is I laid the e down after she used zhonya's, so that she'd be silenced->snared upon exit. That didn't happen though, she shunpo'd right out once Zhonya's was done.

Tl;DR Zhonyas seems to be giving a slight window of CC immunity, in some cases.
