Not receiving Chests after S- or higher

Hello,

So, I recently noticed that in the bottom corner of my profile (still kinda new) it says I have 4 chests available. To receive a chest I need to earn an S- or higher. I have been scoring S- or higher including 2 last night and yet I did not receive the chest. No they are not on cool down. I put in a ticket last week and have gotten no response. Hopefully I can get an answer or have it fixed.

P.S. Love the game. Reminds me of the custom map D.O.T.A back in the days of Warcraft 3. P.P.S. Kayle needs to be hit with the nerf bat.

You were playing Leona and Ziggs champions that you already received the Hextech Chest for. That's probably the reason, correct?

P.S. Cool, glad you are. And I think it should remind you of it, it was made with some of the same people. P.P.S. Nerf batter is stretching out right now.
