Reconnecting in client

Since patch 9.14 I've been having connection issues with the client on NA server. When queuing up for a game, as a game is found, instead of displaying the ready check i'm seeing reconnecting. I've lost over 50 lp already because of it and have been placed in a low priority queue because i've "declined too many matches". have an account on LAN server and the client works fine there.

Anyone else having this problems?
