New Rank Champion Select Skin Bug

So normally the last skin you used on a champ is the default one next time you pick that champ! Earlier today I got Project Lucian (I also own Hired Gun) So i Equipped the skin and played the game. Next game i chose Lucian again and naturally thought Project Would be Equipped, in loading screen i realised that hired gun was. I asked a friend and he said same thing has been happening with his Udyr skins, Keeps changing to Definitely Not Udyr instead of staying on Spirit Guard.

Yeah, and it works with other champions as well, I can play Xin Zhao with a skin that I don't even own since I got that skin in Aram and then had it as the skin last played.
