New Rank Champion Select Skin Bug

So normally the last skin you used on a champ is the default one next time you pick that champ! Earlier today I got Project Lucian (I also own Hired Gun) So i Equipped the skin and played the game. Next game i chose Lucian again and naturally thought Project Would be Equipped, in loading screen i realised that hired gun was. I asked a friend and he said same thing has been happening with his Udyr skins, Keeps changing to Definitely Not Udyr instead of staying on Spirit Guard.
