Pressed skills bug

I have two patches that I still see this problem some fields with the example skills that you have to leave the key pressed loose before time which makes you can not use all the mechanics of the champs, this bug is very strange probe updating all my drivers, passing a ccleaner to the pc, even reinstalling league of legends and using hextech repair and everything that could be seen that is already a problem of the same client at the beginning of this patch was solved and I thought it was everything but it came back annoying and not I know what to do I can not use any champ that uses a skill that requires you to leave it pressed until it executes example R of vel'koz, Sion, Q that knock of Sion or nothing by style is something so annoying and I do not know what to do I will pass the log file that Hextech Repair gave me and I am not the only one with this problem I have seen others talking about this (This affects even the menus is as if they were pressing the keys without being pressed, they are minimally possessed.)
