[Gameplay][Nexus Blitz] Ivern passive does not work on any of the camps

I'm not sure if this is intentional for balance reasons or not, but Ivern cannot use his passive on any of the jungle camps. I would understand if he can't use it on the big buff minions, but he can't even use it on his own small camps. Considering this is a huge part of his gameplay, it feels real bad when you can't use it.
