Match load screen Bug

While I am in the Match load screen where you can see all the portraits for the champions, All I see are two black rectangles, I have tried in client repair and waited about two - three patched to see if it would resolve but it has not. Any ideas?

riot i cant get low pri if the client wont let me get into the match . when i tried to reconnect client have to update thats not fair
