Patch 5.3 connectivity issues and no Loss Forgiveness?

Yesterday, I had horrific in-game lag that made the game unplayable (never happened to me before) and lost me a ranked game. I'm sure I was reported afterward even though I explained the situation to my team.

Today, two players on my ranked team got bugsplats and weren't able to connect for ten minutes, leaving us to 3v5. One of them said afterward that the LeaverBuster system had marked him as AFK and forced him to sign the agreement.

I'm sure I'm not the only player having/observing this issue. Why isn't Loss Forgiveness active? This is rediculous.

Ya I know what your're talking about. Guy on my team was disconnecting and reconnecting every 10 seconds or so for about 30 minutes. And I just lost a game because my client bugged out and my fps dropped to about 5 during a baron fight and i was unable to smite it properly. And no Loss Prevented. Cmon rito.
