Twisted fate q going through blue buff [GAMEPLAY]

I've had a bug where my twisted fate q went clearly through a moving blue buff (without dealing any damage or showing hit particles) on blue side on this account. Happened while the buff was following me and right after a stun on the blue buff with my own gold card. Also, if this is a bug ,which i doubt, in the same game ive also had a q go through(same way, no dmg or hit particles) a dashing xin zao, but i believe his hitbox might have just ben past me faster than the q could come out (it was visualy very clearly a hit though)

I do not know how to reproduce nor think it happens very often but i will leave this here in case it can help an already existant case on the same bug.
