[Practice Tool] Demolish affects toggled invincible towers, also weird "ghost minions"

You can still use the demolish rune to attack towers even if they are toggled invincible. Also, if you toggle minion spawn quickly, "ghost minions" spawn and get stuck at the inhibitors, but you cannot attack them and they don't despawn. These don't affect gameplay really, but they are still bugs so yeah.
