[GAMEPLAY] INVULNERABLE KARTHUS IN ASCENSION.

So I was in a game of ascension when I ascended as Karthus and became invulnerable. I wasn't taking "0" damage as in having lots of armor or mr, I was simply not taking any damage at all. The issue occurred when I ascended while in dead passive form such as Sion, Kog'maw, and Karthus can do. I ascended this way three times this game and it only happened the third time, not sure about any other conditions that may cause this. All I got sorry, might be best to disable him in the mean time?
