After i entered the code and it said 'you have exceeded the maximum of code redemption attempts at this time!" Riot plz help me

That error usually comes out when you entered an Invalid code, or wrote the code wrong numerous times. You just have to wait awhile and hopefully the next time you enter it in that its the actual correct code!

I would try and contact riot support. Make sure you can give them all the information you can. Like where you bought it, probably take a pic and put it in when you contact them. Any and all information that can help.

What might have happen is that the cashier might not have activated the card.

Its not a card , the shop bought the card on the internet then they trype the code on the slip :9
