Custom Item Builds Missing

My custom item builds are missing in game. I've heard from a lot of people that their customs item sets are missing as well. it happened after a patch update about a month ago. i just wanted to bring it to someones attention since its been a while and its still not fixed.

dose tech support ever answer these things.... i mean its been days and i bump it daily jeeze talk about customer service. and yes im a customer i have tons of skins.
