4K Is Unplayable in LOL, anyone know any Actual solution???

Ive recently bought i super expensive laptop with a 4k screen to play lol, and now i can't play because i can barely see the health bars, mouse cursor, shop items, etc. ive seen some other posts of this, but they where all pretty old... and no one has seem to have found an actual solution to this problem yet... pls let me know if the is something that i need to do to fix this and changing my resolution on my computer doesen't work...
